Many small creases. A couple of stains and small tears in the margins. A paper loss in the top right corner, otside the image area.

Italian bandits from Abruzzo talking to a girl along the road. A beautiful plate in original hand colouring. It was published for the work "Reseminnen från Tyskland, Frankrike och Italien" a travel account of France, Italy and Germany. Mörner was a an artist, a nobleman and an officer. He published several fine plate books in Sweden, Italy and England and spent twelve years in Italy, where he created his most famous work "Carnevale di Roma".
