A couple of minor creases and tears to the margins. Image area bright and clean.

Cham (1818- 1879) was an illustrator and caricature artist of the first order. He published 40.000 drawings in his career and was on the staff of "Le Charivari" for thirty years. The plate is signed "CHAM 13".
