Marie-Therese d´Espagne Dauphine de France Née le 11. Juin 1726.

Mid 18th. Century. Plate mark 24 x 17,5 cm. The whole sheet 45 x 30,5 cm.

A few creases and a couple of short tears to the margins.

A portrait of María Teresa Antonia Rafaela of Spain (1726-1746). She married Louis Dauphin of France, the only surviving son of Louis XV and his wife Marie Leszczynska. Engraved by Johann George Wille, a highly regarded german printmaker and publisher in Paris. The original was painted by the Paris artist Daniel Klein II.
