Off-white passe partout. A few stains to the margins, most of them hidden under the passe partout. Image area in fine condition.

Wonderful lithograph depicting "Trollhättans oljeslageri". Published for the work "Sveriges industriella etablissementer" (Industrial Establishments of Sweden) issued 1870-1879. The factories look pastoral and inviting. They are all small and well adjusted to the landscape, often at a stream. Smoke pouring out of chimneys, not obscuring a welcoming environment.
