Left lower corner torn off, outside the plate mark. A few brown spots to the margins. At the back there are a little residue of brown tape at the right margin.
Burdett wasa reformist politician in England. A member of parliament from 1796 to 1844, barring a few years in the early 1800s. Burdett was briefly jailed in the Tower of London by order of the House of Commons, because of his strong questioning of the imprisonment of the radical John Gale Jones.
