[Wash painting]

[Boats in a bay with a mansion, a fortress and some fishing huts on land].

Ca 1820- 1830. 21 x 29,5 cm. Painted on Honig laid paper.

A brown spot in the upper part of the image. A small tear in the lower margin.

A charming and naivistic view. The sail boats look dutch but the coast line has a more nordic character with big boulders in the foreground.
