Lawhill

Brown frame and mat. Slight wear to the frame. Some foxing and a couple of glue(?) stains to the photo.

The barque Lawhill in 1919 when it was owned by the finnish shipper Gustaf Eriksson. It was built in 1892 by W. B. Thompson in Dundee and had 4600 tons dead weight. The ship was seized during the second world war by South Africa since Finland and Germany were allied. It was scraped in Japan in 1958.
