A nightly view of Malmö published for the classic swedish topographical work "Sverige Framstäldt i Taflor", covering Sweden from north to south in 96 plates. The plate was lithographed by Alexander Nay after an original by the danish artist Fredrik Christian Jacobsen, better known as Kierschou, who was commisioned by the publisher Bonnier to paint views for the work. About half the lithographs in the work are after Kierschou´s paintings, all in the southern part of the country.
