Off-white passe partout. A few stains to the margins, most hidden under the passe partout. Image area in fine condition.

Wonderful lithograph depicting "Strömman & Larssons Snickerifabrik i Göteborg". Published for the work "Sveriges industriella etablissementer" (Industrial Establishments of Sweden) issued 1870-1879. The factories look pastoral and inviting. They are all small and well adjusted to the landscape, often at a stream. Smoke pouring out of chimneys, not obscuring a welcoming environment.
