The front page of the swedish newspaper "Illustrerad Tidning" with the queen dowager (änkedrottning) Desideria´s portrait covering the whole front page as a tribute after her death on the 17th of December 1860. A short reflecting article at the verso. Deisderia or, Desire Clary, was the wife of the swedish king Carl XIV Johan who died in 1844.
