The map folds into a paper board portfolio with title at the front board. The map is mounted on linen. The price at the front board altered by hand. A few stains and some browning to the boards. One paper segment loose in one corner. The map is in near fine condition.
A scarce and interesting map showing the the drainage area of three great rivers in the woodlands of central Sweden. In this area the modern swedish forest industry was born in the late 19th century. The timber was floated down the rivers to the lumber yards and saw mills at the coast., and then exported.
