Name inscriptions and blue stamp at the verso. The map is mounted on linen. A few stains, mainly to the margins.
A travel map of Sweden with railway lines, main roads, canals, estates, iron works, mines etc. Insets of the baltic island of Gotland, the Gothia Canal and the northern sections of the country. Almost all maps of the 1800s paid little attention to the northern undeveloped part of the country. The railway lines are clearly marked in red according to the important role they played in the development of the country.
